SHIP - TO - SHIP (S.T.S) and/or TANK FARM DELIVERY (T.F.D) OF P.M.S, A.G.O WITHIN NIGERIA AND WEST AFRICA WATERS

TANK FARM DELIVERY OF AUTOMOTIVE GAS OIL (A.G.O)

We of the above named company, confirm on behalf of the seller, whose name and information will be provided upon Buyer's compliance with the required process for Ship to Ship and/or DELIVERY of AUTOMOTIVE GAS OIL (A.G.O), to buyer choice destination and/or ship.

REQUIREMENTS

Product: AUTOMOTIVE GAS OIL (A.G.O) DPR/NNPC Standard.

Quantity: TO BE SPECIFIED BY THE BUYER

Price: BASED ON CURRENT/UPDATED PLATT ICE RATE

Commission: TO BE PAID BY THE BUYER TO BOTH SIDES MANDATE.

Payment Terms: LETTER OF CREDIT

Buyer's Bank Name: TO BE SPECIFIED BY THE BUYER

Port of Loading: OFFSHORE LOME, TOGO.

Port of Discharge: BUYER'S CHOICE DESTINATION WITHIN NIGERIA AND WEST AFRICA WATERS 

Laycan Time: TO BE SPECIFIED BY THE BUYER.

MODE OF TRANSACTION FOR DELIVERY TO TANK FARM

- This transaction will be carried out using the UNITED STATE DOLLAR not NIGERIA CURRENCY (NAIRA).

- The price for the delivery of the said product shall be in US Dollars and it would be determined by the most current PLATT ICE RATE.

- The mode of payment shall be TT or Letter of Credit (LC) in US Dollars.

- Upon buyer compliance with price determinant and mode of payment, the seller will issue a ProForma Invoice (PFI), stating the price and the intended quantity requested by the buyer and the process for delivery by seller.

- Upon receipt of the PFI by the buyer from the seller, the buyer is expected to study it, sign and return to the seller along with the verbiage of buyer Letter of Credit, Through Put Agreement and DPR licence.

- Seller approve Letter of Credit verbiage.

- Buyer instruct his bank to issue LC to seller bank account stated on the PFI.

- Buyer provide his tank farm details.

- Seller send NOR/ETA to buyer tank farm.

- Vessel arrive buyer destination.

- Q & Q conducted.

- Product discharged.

- Payment made as stated in the LC.

NOTICE BOARD

The process for Ship To Ship (S.T.S) has some similarities except for some technicalities and that will be discussed accordingly.

The buyer is expected to study the above details and post his queries and inquiries for clarifications.

Anything short of the above will hinder the successful delivery of the product to buyer destination.

Upon buyer compliance, the name to which the Letter of Intent will address, shall be sent forth.
